Construction of 10 five-story, steel-framed office buildings on Bay Mud. Class A construction with GFRC panels and glass curtain walls. Also included construction of a separate state-of-the-art fitness center and 17,000 square feet of retail space and food services. Project consisted of 10 building shells, tenant improvements, infrastructure, and sitework.
