LEED Gold

“The Rudolph & Sletten construction teams that I worked with at Moffett Towers for the warm shell work at 1120 Enterprise and the tenant improvements at 1140 and 1160 Enterprise were professional and thorough in the execution and quality of their work. Their direct knowledge of the buildings and their operating systems were an important asset that made the work go smoothly and without issue. R&S was able to effectively address both the Owner’s and Tenant’s needs and requirements, while successfully meeting aggressive schedules and budgets.”
