The New Indio Juvenile and Family Courthouse project involves the construction of a new 54,967sf two-story building and site development for a trial court facility comprised of five courtrooms for eight judges and support staff, limited to all building structure, enclosure, interior improvements, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, audiovisual and security systems. The project also includes approximately 150sf of public surface, juror and staff parking, including eight secure parking spaces for judges.
