The Angeles Clinic Renovation and Expansion project involves preconstruction, final design and construction services for a 40,000sf three-story building. Preconstruction will include estimating, constructability reviews, logistics planning, field investigations, etc. Construction will include the renovation of approximately 40,000 SF of clinical and public area to an OSHPD 3 facility. Departments to include infusion, radiology, pharmacy, urgent care, a café, and other clinical spaces. There will be some structural upgrades and opening infill in the deck. The finishes are high end including extensive custom wood work.
