With years of use the Humanities and Social Sciences Building is in need of some repair and updates. All work is required to match the look of the existing historic architecture.

The Humanities and Social Science building on UCSD’s La Jolla campus is designated as a historic building and classified as a high-rise structure. The project includes an eight-story tower, 2 two-wing buildings, a large auditorium and associated site work. The scope of work includes exterior skin replacement on the tower with new lightweight precast panels, installation of a new fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, smoke control and other low-voltage systems.
