130,000sf tenant improvements including new waterproofing, floodproofing, structural retrofit, extensive high-end office buildout and a cafeteria.

Scope included the construction of a new 25,000sf structural steel mezzanine deck inside the existing building to provide additional floor space. Additional tenant improvements included conference room pods, an interior high bay curtain wall, events center, and a 15,000sf restaurant. Exterior work included new landscaping, parking lot redesign, and offsite improvements required by the City.
