The project included the build-out of five buildings for approximately 710,312sf of open offices, conference rooms, event spaces, laboratory, technical support and cafeteria/kitchen and dining facilities.

Site upgrades consist of security and communications infrastructure, including a new campus communications loop, new barriers, lighting, signage and guard booths at entrances. Sustainable building practices are being used throughout the campus, and all buildings are targeted to achieve LEED Gold certification.

168 R&S employees worked on the project, including 102 craftspersons.
