This design-build project consists of a new, 240-bed Veterans home, offering skilled nursing and memory care, on approximately 11 acres on the existing Yountville campus. The Home shall be designed and constructed as a special combination of housing, personalized support services, and incidental medical care for its members. The new Veterans Home shall include, living areas, member support areas, visitors’ welcome area, physical therapy facilities, staff administrative office and ancillary areas, food service, maintenance, utility, and plant areas as well as trash and recycling facilities.
