Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (CSMC) renovated 23,635 square feet of vacant leased suite space on the 2nd floor of the Pacific Design Center (PDC) Blue Building.

The project relocates and expands the existing Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC) core facility, building a new FDA inspected current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) stem cell manufacturing facility.

The project includes the new construction of cleanrooms, research labs, offices, and workstations. Upgraded mechanical units were installed on a new rooftop support structure.
