World Mental Health Day – R&S Bluebeam Feature

Rudolph & Sletten is honored to be featured on Bluebeam’s blog today in celebration of World Mental Health Day! Bluebeam’s team interviewed R&S team members about our commitment to foster a culture that is supportive of mental health, both within our organization and in the construction industry. The blog post includes an article and a video featuring interviews with Payton Bonde – Project Engineer, Bryan Fink – Sr. Safety Manager, Lea Rummel – Electrical Estimator, and Janette Yamamoto – Project Manager. Safety is one of the most critical core values at Rudolph & Sletten, and that includes mental health and safety.
