SDCCD Selects Design-Build Teams for $1.3B Measure HH Projects
September 29, 2025
The San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) has selected eight design-build entities—comprising 16 leading design and construction firms—to begin planning the first phase of Measure HH projects, totaling $1.3 billion. These projects will bring new academic, performance, and student service spaces to City, Mesa, Miramar, and Continuing Education campuses, with construction expected to begin as early as 2026. Among the selected teams is Gensler/Rudolph & Sletten, awarded the City College “A” Building Expansion Project. Measure HH, a $3.5 billion bond passed in 2024, will fund modernization and facility renewal across SDCCD over the next decade, supporting student success and regional growth.
