Mike Mohrman

Mike Mohrman began his construction and estimating career in 1988, the majority of which has been with Rudolph and Sletten. As senior vice president and chief estimator, he is responsible for overseeing all project cost estimates and budgets, from conceptual estimates through the finalization of the GMP.
Mr. Mohrman and his team of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical estimators prepare accurate and concise estimates and participate in the value analysis studies and construction document reviews throughout the course of design. He attends project meetings and works closely with the owner and architect to ensure that the project budgets are tracked and maintained.
Mr. Mohrman attended Kansas State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
