Jon Foad
President & CEO
As president and CEO, Jon Foad is the corporate officer in charge of Rudolph and Sletten. He oversees all management aspects of the company's preconstruction, construction, finance, operations, business development and marketing. Mr. Foad provides leadership to project teams to ensure goals for schedule, cost and quality are met or exceeded.
Mr. Foad began his tenure at Rudolph and Sletten in 1988, beginning as a project engineer. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo's Construction Management program.
