Eric Lascurain
Vice President, Preconstruction Services
Eric began his career in 2000 as a cost engineer at Rudolph and Sletten. In his role as Vice President of Preconstruction Services, Eric is responsible for overseeing project cost estimates and budgets, from conceptual estimates through the finalization of the GMP.
Eric and his team of estimators prepare accurate and concise estimates and participate in the value analysis studies and construction document reviews throughout the course of design. He attends project meetings and works closely with the owner and architect to ensure that the project budgets are tracked and maintained.
Eric is a graduate of Colorado State University.
