Vice President, Los Angeles Operations
Ray Polidoro, AIA, brings nearly three decades of architecture and construction industry leadership experience to his position as Vice President at Rudolph and Sletten. In his role, Ray helps increase the firm’s market share in the greater Los Angeles area by bringing Rudolph and Sletten’s full spectrum of building services to clients throughout Southern California.
A California native, Ray spent most of his career in downtown Los Angeles. His local knowledge is complemented by proven capabilities in the areas of architectural design and construction management services, business development, financial cost control management, strategic planning and organizational development.
Immediately prior to joining Rudolph and Sletten, Ray served as Manager of Design and Construction, Capital Program for the Judicial Council of California. His last project entailed managing the development and construction oversight for a new $555-million San Diego Central Courthouse—the largest project in the State of California’s $5 billion Judicial Branch Facilities Bond Program. In addition to judicial projects, Ray’s resume spans multiple public works and education programs, as well as large-scale commercial and residential development projects throughout Southern California and Hawaii.
Active in numerous professional organizations, Ray has served as Professional Practice Committee Member for the American Institute of Architects, as well as Student Outreach Committee Member, USC Liaison for the Construction Management Association of America. Ray is a Registered Architect in the State of California, is a LEED Accredited Professional and has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California.
