Kaiser, Roseville Medical Office Building

The new Kaiser medical office building houses 110 providers and includes outpatient services, pharmacies, obstetrical and optical departments, treatment rooms, state-of-the-art radiology and diagnostics areas, MRI and procedure suites, OBGYN, Occupational Medicine, Neurology and Oncology services.

Located in the Kaiser Roseville Medical Campus, this 258,000 square-foot, non-OSHPD medical office building is a four-story brace frame structural steel structure with Buckling Restrained Braces clad with cement plaster encompassing both curtain walls at the main elevations and entries and punch windows elsewhere. The building incorporates an extensive use of architectural canopies, stone veneer and architectural hardscapes to tie into the existing operating campus.

This medical office building is the second new structure on the campus. During 2008 and 2009, Rudolph and Sletten completed four major projects and related work at the Kaiser Roseville Medical Center Campus totaling over 521,000 square feet.

• The Roseville Women’s and Children’s Center
• A 55,000 square foot expansion and remodel of the Emergency/Radiology Department
• The Central Utility Plant/Loading Dock/EVS Building including the two-story expansion to the existing operational Central Plant, the Pedestrian Bridge, and the new EVS building in the existing loading dock
