The building designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification, features a striking entry, along with a sophisticated palette of materials including granite, limestone, metal panels, and glass curtain walls.

This five-story office tower contains 195,000 square feet of leasable Class A space. Summit Rancho Bernardo, developed by Jay Paul Company, will add 3.2 million square feet of premium office space setting a new standard for commercial real estate development to the region. The complex is situated on 105 acres with panoramic views of San Pasqual Valley and the Pacific Ocean. It includes a ridge trail lining the perimeter of the 105 acres as well as open green space in the center of the campus.

Subsequent phases will include ten additional office towers of six to ten stories, ranging in size from 185,000 square feet to 370,000 square feet. Two 40,000 square foot amenities buildings will be constructed, each with a full service gym, outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball court, spa and café.
