Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation, Parking


Rudolph and Sletten constructed a 720,000 square foot, 5-level parking structure with 2,200 spaces.

A 150-foot climate-controlled pedestrian bridge was constructed for easy access to the existing casino. Interior renovations to accept the bridge include renovation of the current executive suite, expansion of second floor deck, and installation of 4 traction elevators in the elevator tower. Site improvements at the casino included widening the road, and a box culvert and ramp installation to enclose Sycuan Creek. The project also added an east valet parking lot and west entrance grading and improvements.
