Boston Scientific, Building 55 B

Building 55B is the new 180,000 square foot manufacturing facility for Boston Scientific.

Located on a 63-acre campus where the firm researches and manufactures bionic neuro-stimulation devices, this new facility will produce the cochlear implants for the hearing impaired.

The new two-story steel frame building has a metal skin and glass and includes a Class 10,000 clean room (ISO 9000, Class 7), testing and research laboratories, manufacturing space (24,000 square feet), offices, warehousing, a cafeteria and kitchen, and loading dock for shipping.
