In 1981 we came up with the idea for the Special Projects Group. Initially, this group was developed to offer limited Tenant Improvement (TI) services to existing customers and start-ups in the electronics industry, biotech, and the health care industry.
But the Special Projects Group quickly grew beyond its original vision into a mini-company within Rudolph and Sletten. With its streamlined approach to service and its use of the best available resources to complete each project, the group became a leader in pioneering efficiency within the company. Its unique infrastructure, having all the benefits of the larger company at its disposal, allowed this group to champion design and technological innovation.

Today, the Special Projects Group targets smaller projects that require a rapid, turnkey approach to building. From a $2,000 job to replace office doors to a multi-million dollar update of a biotech lab, the Special Projects Group responds quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality, safety standards or customer service for which Rudolph and Sletten is known.
