Rudolph and Sletten will take a leadership role in establishing and monitoring both the preconstruction and construction schedule.

All Project Team members will organize their responsibilities and create a design/review timetable for the most expedient construction schedule. Because decisions in the various stages of the design process can impact the schedule, it is important to have a regularly updated, accurate and reliable master project schedule. The master schedule will alert us to any decisions which may impact the completion of the project.  Rudolph and Sletten will utilize a full Critical Path Method (CPM) network schedule to compile all the project information.
