| | Another important part of the preconstruction process is to ensure that the design is "constructible" and that all elements of the building systems are coordinated. We carefully review project documents in a process known as "fly specking." This detailed review allows us to discover any elements of the project that need additional clarification or improvements. Our ability to identify and resolve issues before the start of construction eliminates change orders that can blow a budget or schedule.
