As a leader in our industry, we have always worked to develop advanced technology and innovative methods. In 2008 we began working with a custom software developer to create a web-based platform that streamlines the management of the Last Planner TM scheduling system. In 2009, we launched the first application of this software with our integrated team at the UCSF Cardiovascular Research Building. Our forward-thinking culture helps to increase the effectiveness of Lean methods, thereby providing our clients with an improved construction process.
