Continuous Improvement and Learning

Rudolph and Sletten is committed to advancing Lean construction in our industry.

We provide our people with learning opportunities that increase their depth of knowledge about Lean principles and methods. This learning continues through our corporate membership in the Lean Construction Institute; the P2SL action study forum at the University of California, Berkeley; completion of Lean certificate course programs at San Diego State University and over 40 in-house Lean training courses each year.

We now have 30 staff members who have completed the Lean Certificate course program at San Diego State University — one of the first in the country.
