 | | In 1988 we built our first complete hospital, the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. Since then we have worked with many different hospital groups throughout the state and consider healthcare and hospital construction one of our major markets.
Throughout California Rudolph and Sletten is building and modifying hospitals and medical facilities to meet stringent new regulations for seismic upgrades required by State Bill 1953. We work closely with hospital architects to obtain approval on critical sequencing issues, expedite the construction process, and make sure state building requirements are met. Familiarity with the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) approval process allows us to develop in-house checklists to ensure that all our owners’ issues are addressed prior to final inspection.
