The quality improvement efforts at Rudolph and Sletten are proactive and extend to every individual within the organization.  They’re based on the simple principle of getting it right the first time.  In order to achieve this, a considerable amount of effort is involved in the preplanning and quality monitoring process. 

We believe we can achieve a “Zero Punchlist” with a proactive program intended to catch potential problems with non-conforming work before they happen.
