The following trades are not required to prequalify with Rudolph and Sletten:

• Vendors
• Design and engineering firms.
• Temporary facilities (trailers, temporary fencing, sanitation, etc.)

Please submit with your prequalification form the following information:

• Reference letter from your bonding company stating aggregate and single project bonding capacities.
• Audited financial statements if you wish to be prequalified for contracts greater than $1,000,000.
• Reviewed financial statements if you wish to be prequalified for contracts less than $1,000,000.
• OSHA 300A forms for the last 3 years.
• Certifications for each qualifying diversity classifications.
