Rudolph and Sletten Names New Vice Presidents

REDWOOD CITY, CA (April 4, 2007)-- Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. General Contractors today announced the promotion of four veteran Project Executives to the position of Vice President of Operations in their respective regions.

Doug Collins and Paul Moran have been named Vice President of Operations for the Northern California Regional Office in Redwood City. Jonathan Foad was named Vice President of Operations for the Sacramento Regional Office, and Gregory Palmer has been named Vice President of Operations for the San Diego Regional Office.

President and CEO Martin Sisemore said that the promotions are a result of the overall growth that the company is experiencing and the need to expand the senior management team to accommodate that growth.

“These individuals have exhibited exceptional skills in managing complex and far ranging construction projects throughout California,” Sisemore said. “We are pleased to move them up in their career and to give them more responsibility.”

Doug Collins
Doug Collins, who will serve as Vice President of Operations for the Northern California Regional Office in Redwood City, began his career at Rudolph and Sletten in 1991. Mr. Collins has previously served as Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer.

Mr. Collins holds a B.S. Degree in Building Construction from Purdue University. During his tenure at Rudolph and Sletten, Mr. Collins has overseen many key projects, including various buildings for Genentech, Hewlett-Packard, Gilead Sciences, SRI International and Stanford University, as well as several facilities for Microsoft Corporation, Intel Corporation and Guidant Corporation.

Paul Moran
Paul Moran, also named Vice President of Operations for the Northern California Regional Office in Redwood City, is a 14-year veteran of the company. He has previously served as Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer.

Mr. Moran, a Registered Civil Engineer, holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. Mr. Moran has managed a number of major projects for Rudolph and Sletten, including The Hospital Community of the Future in Mountain View, various projects for the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, as well as projects for Ariba, Philips Electronics, COMPAQ, Adaptec and Sun Microsystems.

Jonathan Foad
Jonathan Foad, appointed Vice President of Operations for the Sacramento Regional Office, has been with Rudolph and Sletten for 19 years, previously serving as Project Executive, Senior Project Manager and Project Engineer. Mr. Foad holds a B.S. in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. Foad has been involved with a number of important projects, including the Crocker Art Museum, the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, the Sierra Joint Community College District, the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, SureWest Communications, EarthLink, Elk Grove Community Service District, various buildings for Hewlett-Packard, and Copia, The American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts.

Gregory Palmer
Gregory Palmer, named Vice President of Operations for the San Diego Regional Office, has been with Rudolph and Sletten since 1994. In addition to Project Executive, he has served as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Mr. Palmer holds a B.A. in Business from California State University, Long Beach and a certificate in Construction Management from the University of California, San Diego.

He has managed many major projects, including the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego, America Plaza, Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, The Salk Institute for Biological Studies, The Scripps Research Institute, Amgen, University of California, San Diego and various buildings for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development.
