Rudolph and Sletten Inc. Appoints
Bob Maxwell Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Communications
REDWOOD CITY, CA (November 10, 2006)-- Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. General Contractors, a wholly owned subsidiary of Perini Corporation, announced today the appointment of Robert M. Maxwell as Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Communications.
Mr. Maxwell, a ten-year veteran of Rudolph and Sletten, formerly served as Senior Business Development Executive for the company’s regional office in San Diego. In his new capacity, Mr. Maxwell will be responsible for all aspects of business development for corporate operations. He will also manage all aspects of corporate communications.

Mr. Maxwell holds an MBA degree from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Before joining Rudolph and Sletten in 1996, he held a number of management positions in both private industry as well as the public sector.
