After almost 20 years in our Foster City offices, we have decided to move our Corporate headquarters to the Pacific Shores Center in Redwood City. Our new address is:
1600 Seaport Boulevard, suite 350
Redwood City, CA 94063
PH: 650 216-3600 FX: 650 599-9030
We are so committed to building responsibly that we have put our sustainable building expertise to work on our new corporate headquarters. We are proud to announce that we have been selected to be a part of the pilot program for the LEED Commercial Interiors and have designed our new space to LEED Gold standards. The space incorporates materials which are rapidly renewable, maximizes the use of existing finishes, utilizes natural daylight in most occupied areas, and incorporates innovative ideas like using existing doors as finished counter tops.
About The Pacific Shores Campus
In 2000, Rudolph and Sletten constructed the 1.7 million square foot, 106-acre development in record time and will soon be occupying the third floor in one of the office buildings. Pacific Shores owner, Jay Paul, created this urban center with an eye toward preserving and enhancing the natural surroundings. The business park consists of 11 smart buildings incorporating state-of-the-art technology and a green building design as well as 50 acres of park and landscaped areas; a 1,500-seat outdoor amphitheater; more than three miles of waterfront paths for walking and biking; basketball courts; and regulation soccer, baseball, and softball athletic fields. Another notable aspect of this construction project was the restoration of tidal wetlands on Deepwater Slough Island. Rudolph and Sletten worked under the direction of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, California Department of Fish and Game, and an on-site biologist to carefully restore the natural elevation of this tidal habitat.
