Rudolph and Sletten, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE:TPC), announced today that the company has been awarded a contract to build phase one of the new $733 million thin-film solar panel manufacturing facility for Solyndra, Inc. in Fremont, California. The first phase of the Solyndra’s Fab 2, will contain 609,000 square feet of manufacturing plant floor area, utility and support space, shipping and receiving, and administrative and professional office areas. |

Rudolph and Sletten, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE:TPC), announced today the completion
of the Bank of the West Tower at 500 Capitol Mall in Sacramento,
California. The Ed Kado-designed, 25-story, high-rise in the heart of
Sacramento’s business district provides 433,000 square-feet of “Class
A” office space with panoramic views of the Sierras, the Sacramento
River, Sacramento’s skyline and the Capitol Rotunda. At 396 feet, the
building is the third tallest in the State’s capital.

City College’s new Science Building. The building will consist of
approximately 73,000 square feet of new construction, providing needed
classrooms, laboratories, and state-of-the-art technology for life

for the College’s growing student population.

Rudolph and Sletten Completes Expansion of the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital

Rudolph and Sletten announced the completion of the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital expansion. The project added four stories to an existing one story and basement structure. The new five-story tower significantly increased the hospital’s size and allowed for upgraded technology throughout the hospital, including facility-wide wireless monitoring of patients. |

As part of Rudolph and Sletten’s continued commitment to sustainability, the company announced today the installation of its new solar photovoltaic system at its Irvine, California, office. The photovoltaic panels that cover the roof operate like a miniature power plant, converting the sun’s rays into electric energy. The 50-kilowatt system reduces Rudolph and Sletten’s reliance on conventional electricity at the office by 25%. This installation of “green” technology will pay for itself in just over 10 years. |
