New engineers get to experience our own version of boot camp. This two-day intensive, hands-on workshop in the construction trades is designed to introduce new employees to the Rudolph and Sletten way of building. They’ll learn how we do it, and more importantly, why we do it, and come away from the experience with a binder filled with information to support them in their new positions.
Boot camp begins a lifelong process of learning what it means to be part of the Rudolph and Sletten team. And what we mean when we use words like quality, safety, and owner satisfaction.
