Rudolph and Sletten's internship/co-op program offers the ambitious student an opportunity to apply skills learned in the classroom to a real world construction environment.
Internships are paid and available to college students majoring in construction related majors including: construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and construction estimating.
As a Rudolph and Sletten intern you will be mentored by a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer, who will guide and supervise you in accomplishing your responsibilities and training. You will be exposed to the Rudolph and Sletten style of business while receiving a hands-on introduction to the world of construction management.
Each intern is placed on one of our many construction projects, ranging from corporate campus and health care construction through biotech/pharmaceutical, electronics and high tech research facility construction. Each internship is unique. The experience you gain will depend on the type of project to which you are assigned, and the construction phase in which you enter the project. Our notable client list includes Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computers, 3Com Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, Sun Microsystems, and Lucasfilms.
Internships last from three to six months and are open to students of all levels.
As an intern you will generally encounter the following:
