While growing Rudolph and Sletten from a family business into one of the nation's top construction firms, the company has sought to maintain its family-like atmosphere. Recruiting and retaining the best and brightest employees is key to our success. Many of our employees are the second generation in their family to join our team; some are even third generation.

Both inside and outside the workplace, Rudolph and Sletten supports the roles employees play in creating and maintaining the outstanding reputation for which the company is known. 

Rudolph and Sletten holds numerous functions for employees including departmental outings, weekly bagel/donut Fridays, monthly safety dinners, biannual marketing parties announcing new jobs, and the annual Holiday Dinner after which each employee receives a handcrafted, specially-designed Rudolph and Sletten brass belt buckle.


Company Perks

Annually, Rudolph and Sletten holds a family picnic as well as a golf and tennis tournament. We support various company sports teams including softball and soccer.


Community Involvement

By providing monetary donations and materials, Rudolph and Sletten encourages employees to volunteer in community charities and organizations. Some of the organizations in which Rudolph and Sletten employees participate include: Rebuilding Together, Leap's Sand Castle Classic, Up a Tree (supporting San Francisco's Strybing Arboretum), Race for the Cure and the Firefighters' Chili Cook-Off (benefiting the burn unit at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center).
