Each year Rudolph and Sletten recruits project and cost engineers from the top construction management programs nationwide. Our mission is to continue to be the leader in high-tech construction through a combined practice of "raising the bar" on our level of customer service and maintaining the highest level of ethics. Part of reaching this goal involves providing our engineers with the training, resources, and opportunities necessary to maximize their potential.
Please review the calendar below for the date of Rudolph and Sletten's recruiting visit to your school. Campus visits generally take place in October and November during the fall recruiting session and in April and March during the spring recruiting session. Campus visits allow us to meet and greet the future engineers of Rudolph and Sletten. Our recruiters visit campuses throughout the United States and, through career fairs and round tables, speak to potential future team members. Answering questions, and discussing various topics surrounding Rudolph and Sletten and the construction industry in general, our recruiters offer students the chance to learn more about the field of industry they are about to enter.
