It covers every aspect of construction management from preconstruction activities to job close-out tasks and includes programs in project management, leadership, and lean construction principles.

BOOT CAMP offers new employees an opportunity to bond with fellow engineers as well as senior management who oversee the weekend-long events. The fun-filled event gives engineers an introduction to construction the Rudolph and Sletten way.

offers programs that engages our employees in processes that lead to new levels of personal and professional awareness, insight and integration as leaders.

is a formal program to assist current and prospective in understanding the company’s expectations for their position. The program is a detailed overview of their position career plan to assist them excelling in their career paths.

and TRADE AND EQUIPMENT TRAINING offers a full range of training to our employees and the employees of our Subcontractors to ensure that everyone on a project is fully trained and working as safely as possible. Some of our safety training includes: Emergency Response Team (ERT), Scaffold Use, Fall Protection, Trenching & Excavation, Rough Terrain Forklift (RTFL), Straight Mass Forklift, and Elevated Work Platform. Everyone is encouraged to attend including our office staff, in fact some training like First Aid/CPR and ERT training are required by every single Rudolph and Sletten employee from the President down. It further reinforces our company philosophy that every Rudolph and Sletten employee is responsible for safety.
