Company Culture While growing Rudolph and Sletten from a family business into one of the nation’s top construction firms, the company has sought to maintain its family-like atmosphere. Many of our employees are the second and third generations to join the team. Both inside and outside the workplace, Rudolph and Sletten supports the roles employees play in creating and maintaining the outstanding reputation for which the company is known. We focus on the safety and the career development of our employees. Through an extensive training program, employees continually strive to be better, safer, more focused, and highly skilled. The company holds numerous functions for employees including, monthly safety dinners and the annual Holiday Dinner during which each employee receives a specially-designed Rudolph and Sletten brass belt buckle along with a very personal “thank you” from the senior management. Rudolph and Sletten holds family picnics as well as an employee golf and tennis tournament. We support various company sports teams including softball and soccer and community involvement group activities.
