Project Engineers
Our project engineers are an integral part of the construction team, gaining valuable hands-on experience. The work is fast-paced and dynamic, with job site activities changing daily and requiring the Project Engineer to be a problem solver. If you’re ready for a fast-paced and challenging work experience building some of the West Coast’s most advanced buildings, we have opportunities for you.
Cost Engineers
Graduates interested in a career in project estimating and preconstruction services can look to Rudolph and Sletten for a wide range of opportunities. Our cost engineers are trained using Timberline estimating. Cost engineers are based out of a regional office and are assigned to on-site projects at strategic times for field experience.
Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Project Engineers
Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Project Engineers at Rudolph and Sletten must have good communication skills, be flexible and technically inclined, and have a desire to support the project team with their expertise in the MEP trades. In this position, you will use your technical knowledge and problem solving abilities to manage complex mechanic, electrical and automation systems.
